Have you moved? IF yes, then you MUST fill out the attached change of address form [Click here to download it] and send it to the BCIS. Failure do so within 30 days of moving to a new address would expose you legally to an arrest. For instance, IF you get stopped by a local police officer during a traffic stop, and you failed to send in the AR-11 change of address form, you could be arrested!
